About this tool

Enter the loan amount in rupees, the annual interest rate, and the tenure in years and months. Each month, interest is charged on the opening balance and the rest of the EMI reduces principal. The schedule lists opening balance, EMI, principal, interest, and closing balance. Switch between a yearly summary and every month. This is an estimate: banks round differently and may add fees that are not included here.
